General rules for the use of gift vouchers
These general rules governing gift vouchers define the basic terms and all aspects related to the use of gift vouchers from the moment of purchase to redemption.

The individual terms used in these general rules have the following meanings:

The issuer is the company Maneks Plus d.o.o., Volčji Potok 38, Volčji Potok, 1235 Radomlje, registration number: 6647740000.

A gift voucher is a document issued by the issuer for a fee, with unique identification features and special security elements that prove its authenticity. Gift vouchers are value cards with a certain monetary amount expressed in currency.

The authorized holder is the buyer of the gift voucher.

The use of a gift voucher is a legal act by which the authorized holder claims the right arising from the gift voucher from the issuer. Redemption occurs when the issuer verifies the authenticity of the gift voucher and accepts its delivery from the authorized holder.

The point of sale is the website of the online store where gift vouchers can be purchased.

Gift vouchers can be purchased at the issuer’s point of sale in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions published on the issuer’s website: https://netscroll.hr/termeni-si-conditii-generale/

The buyer is entitled to a discount on the first purchase. In this purchase, in addition to the product, the subject of the transaction is also a gift voucher, the purchase price of which is equal to the amount of the discount obtained on the product.

The gift voucher can be used for a purchase for which the minimum required cost is determined as follows:

If the quadruple value of the voucher is less than 50 EUR (or the equivalent in local currency at the current exchange rate), then the minimum required cost is 50 EUR (or the equivalent in local currency).

If the quadruple value of the voucher exceeds 50 EUR, then the minimum cost is quadruple the value of the voucher.

Redemption is subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase of the voucher.

The validity of the gift voucher is indicated on it. Its validity cannot be extended. After expiry, the value of the voucher is lost.

The issuer’s obligations arising from these general rules and relevant laws towards the authorized gift voucher holder arise from the moment the holder makes a purchase at the point of sale (i.e. pays the value of the voucher) and last until the voucher is used or expires.

The authorized holder can exercise the rights arising from the gift voucher by entering the identification data visible on the individual voucher in the form on the website of the point of sale specified on the voucher, provided that the voucher is not invalid, used, lost or stolen.

When exercising these rights, the issuer will not check the material legitimacy, as it is assumed that the person presenting the gift voucher is also the legal holder.

The authorized holder is obliged to keep the receipt proving the purchase of the gift voucher and is responsible for the safe storage of both the receipt and the voucher in order to prevent loss or theft.

Gift vouchers are issued in the name of the buyer, but are transferable, which means that anyone can use them.

Gift voucher values cannot be combined.

The validity period of a gift voucher is specified in the terms and conditions valid at the time of issue and printed on the voucher. It is recommended to redeem the gift voucher during this period. All rights or claims arising from a gift voucher expire within the periods specified in the Civil Obligations Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 83/2001, as amended) or in accordance with the issuer’s general business rules.

The authorized holder may redeem a gift voucher only by presenting it as payment for the goods.

The gift voucher can be redeemed in full and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the value of the goods exceeds the value of the voucher or if additional rights not specified on the voucher are desired, the holder must pay the difference to the issuer.

If the voucher is redeemed for goods worth less than the value of the voucher, the remaining amount is forfeited.

The gift voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.

According to these general terms and conditions, the issuer does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution service provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute in accordance with the legislation on alternative dispute resolution. All potential disputes will be resolved amicably between the issuer and the voucher holder. If an amicable solution is not reached, the competent court shall have jurisdiction.

The issuer reserves the right to amend these general rules at any time. Notice of the amendment shall be deemed to have been fulfilled by the appropriate publication of the general rules on the website https://netscroll.hr. The changes shall enter into force on the date of publication, but shall apply 15 days after publication, unless otherwise provided by applicable regulations.

In the event of loss, theft or destruction of the gift voucher, the authorized holder shall not be entitled to a refund or compensation. The applicable terms and conditions of service are the issuer’s terms and conditions. The provision of the service is governed by the rules applicable in the issuer’s jurisdiction and its own general terms and conditions. If the issuer refuses to provide the services for any of the above reasons, the for the reasons stated or due to a breach of rules or contractual obligations, this does not constitute discrimination.

By accepting the general terms and conditions, the buyer agrees to the terms of use of the gift voucher and the rights and obligations arising from this contractual relationship.
